Paul Codd
CEO / Founder
Paul co-founded compressed air energy storage company Cheesecake Energy.
He has a background in renewable energy in the global copper mining industry with Teck and consultancy for BHP as well as Anglo.
Paul holds a B.Eng in Energy Engineering and is a Sustainability Ambassador of the Institute of Directors.
Parag Vyas
Product & IP Director
Parag is responsible for IP strategy and the product development roadmap.
He previously headed the technology development functions at Aggreko, Rolls Royce and GE.
Parag sits on the UK Government’s Regulatory Horizons Council.
Ian Arbon
Strategy Director
Ian is one of the world’s leading experts in hydrogen compression with almost 50 years’ experience.
He served as MD for three compressor manufacturers including Howden and authored several technical and policy papers advancing the hydrogen economy.
John Munro
Manufacturing Director
John brings a wealth of experience leading large engineering teams, conducting product development and manufacturing at BAE Systems, Boeing and Airbus.
He is developing and implementing Flexergy’s manufacturing strategy.
Tobias Hofmeister
Mechanical & Process Engineer
Tobias brings experience with early-stage renewable energy technology innovation from Fraunhofer in Germany, Sintef in Norway and Goldwind Science and Technology in China.
He holds an MSc in Innovative Sustainable Energy Engineering from Sweden and Norway, and BEng in Mechanical and Process Engineering from USA and Germany.
Elisa Cairva
Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering Intern
Elisa achieved a First in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
She is currently working towards a Masters in Robotics and Manufacturing after completing internships at Scottish Power and the Centre for Carbon Capture.
